Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we are offering our shipping services only in Surat city located in Gujarat, India. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers. We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered as quickly as possible to our customers.

Is shipping Free?

We give free home delivery for the bill AMT exceeding Rs. 1000/- excluding the purchase of Ghee, Oil and Sugar.

How long does shipping take and what is the shipping process?

VERIFICATION

After placing an order a confirmation call will be placed to you. We begin to prepare your order immediately after it is verified. After confirmation it will be difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your response.

PROCESSING

Generally, it takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING

Shipment takes 1-2 business days to arrive.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, or other causes.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in Surat and will be shipped by our local transportation service depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

No. We currently provide shipping only in Surat city.

Do you provide tracking information?

No, We ship using our local transport that doesn’t need any tracking. You can directly call us on 9327387595 for information. You will receive an email once your order ships.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
