Refunds & Returns Policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time(7 days from the date of order) you can request a refund. If you receive the wrong product you may request a refund but you must return it as it is (i.e. unused and packing should not be tempered).
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you have to call @customer care and we will try to help you out.
- If your order doesn’t arrive due to
- factors within your control (i.e. customer not picking up the call, wrong shipping address, etc.)
- exceptional circumstances outside the control of our organization (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster, etc.)

Exchanges
Exchange for any reason will be facilitated only at our discretion(Additional delivery/ pickup charges are applicable).
